How far can the e-bikes go on a single charge?+
Range depends on the model, motor size, terrain and how much you use the throttle versus pedal assist. Across the range you can typically expect 40-70km per charge. Read our range guide for the details.
How long do they take to charge?+
Most of our e-bikes and electric gear fully charge overnight, with a typical top-up taking a few hours from a standard wall socket.
What warranty do I get?+
Every ride comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults, batteries included, plus your full rights under Australian Consumer Law. See the warranty policy.
How does delivery work?+
We ship Australia-wide with trusted tracked carriers. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $100 per order, added at checkout, and orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Details in Shipping & Returns.
Are the e-bikes road-legal in Australia?+
E-bike rules vary by state and by how the bike is configured. Most states allow up to 250W with a 25km/h assisted cap on public roads, and our bikes can be speed-limited to comply. Our plain-English legality guide covers every state.
Can I return something if I change my mind?+
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery (return freight is on you for change of mind). Faults are covered separately under warranty and the ACL.
