At Makin' Memories Outdoors, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days of receiving payment. During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Partners
We use trusted Australian and international freight providers, including:
- Australia Post
- FedEx
- Other reputable freight carriers where required for oversized items
The shipping provider selected will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Makin' Memories Outdoors cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once your parcel has been handed to the freight carrier.

Shipping CostsWe ship Australia-wide with a flat-rate standard shipping charge of $100 per order, added at checkout. All prices include GST; shipping is GST-inclusive.

Authority to Leave
Where available, customers may choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. Please note that once a parcel has been delivered under ATL, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Makin' Memories Outdoors is not responsible for delays or additional freight charges resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.
