At Makin' Memories Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used unless they are faulty.
Products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the fault to assist with warranty assessment.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Policy
Every product purchased from Makin' Memories Outdoors is backed by our 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty, giving you peace of mind with every adventure.

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Depending on the product and fault, we may repair, replace or refund the item.

Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage
- Water damage (unless specifically designed and stated)
- Improper assembly or maintenance
- Commercial or hire use
- Misuse, abuse or neglect
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons
- Damage caused during transport after delivery

Battery Warranty
All batteries supplied with our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Battery capacity naturally reduces over time and through normal charging cycles. This gradual reduction is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your proof of purchase
- Order number
- Description of the fault
- Photographs and/or video of the issue
Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions on the next steps.
