Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we believe there has been an error in pricing, stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, colours and images are accurate.
However, colours may vary between screens, and specifications may change as manufacturers improve products.

Payment

Orders are not dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makin' Memories Outdoors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Nothing within these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property
All website content including photographs, logos, graphics, videos, product descriptions and branding remain the property of Makin' Memories Outdoors and may not be copied without written permission.
