At Makin' Memories Outdoors, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days of receiving payment. During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping partners

We use trusted Australian and international freight providers, including:

  • Australia Post
  • FedEx
  • Other reputable freight carriers where required for oversized items

The shipping provider selected will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Makin' Memories Outdoors cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once your parcel has been handed to the freight carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. All prices include GST; freight, where charged, is GST-inclusive.

Authority to Leave

Where available, customers may choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. Please note that once a parcel has been delivered under ATL, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Incorrect delivery information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Makin' Memories Outdoors is not responsible for delays or additional freight charges resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to approval. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used unless they are faulty. Products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the fault to assist with warranty assessment.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
